Founded in 2016, The Regional Learning Collaborative (RLC) connects researchers and practice leaders across the education pipeline -- elementary, middle, high school, technical training, community college, university, and career segments -- to articulate and align systems to support successful transitions for all students, particularly low-income, first-generation populations, and students of color.
Over 90 Partners from 12 institutions andeducation-focused organizations leverage their shared vision, thestrength of their diversity, and their knowledge and skills in rigorous, data-driven support of student success. Core Partners include cabinet level leaders from anchor school district and regional 2-year and 4-year colleges, leaders of regional college attainment organizations, and regional education-focused civic and community leaders.

External partners, such as state and national experts and funding partners, provide support and thought partnership. The Core Support Team engages RLC Partners’ deep knowledge and commitment to the region, in transparent, innovative, evidence-based, and results-based collaboration, to reengineer the pipeline for effective student transitions and degree completion.

The RLC Core Support Team (CST) leads and facilitates the RLC. The CST is comprised of faculty, staff, and graduate researchers at the Claremont Evaluation Center of Claremont Graduate University (CGU).
